frustration

I've spent the better part of two hours trying to update my phone with newer software etc. Some things don't always work on my phone which is very frustrating but I thought this would work. Now, not so sure. And, I'm not sure I'll get all my info back. So aggravating. Someday I might have to give in & get an iPhone but I don't really want one. I just want my phone to work. And have all my info on it. Is that so wrong? Sigh.
